Landscape/Lawn Maintenance Employee:

This position is responsible for assisting the lawn maintenance and landscape crews in daily operations including quality control, training, punctuality and safety. Candidates must also have strong organization skills and possess good leadership and communication skills. The employee will provide quality service that meets or exceeds our customers’ and management’s expectations. The employee will show attention to detail and effectively communicate with subordinates, peers and his/her supervisor. All employees will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Must have a valid driver’s license, smoke free/drug free work environment.

Landscape Foreman

This individual must be able to manage multiple employees with a strong desire for high quality work. This individual should be a highly motivated, self-starter, customer focus, with prior knowledge of commercial lawn maintenance and landscaping experience is a plus. You will be working under the owner and overseeing a landscape maintenance crew of between 3-5 persons. The ideal person will be able to coach and train employees while also being a strong team leader. This individual will possess a friendly, customer service minded attitude and will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. We are a quality focused, employee oriented company. Must have a valid driver’s license, smoke free/drug free work environment.
