- Seen at Sensenig’s Geneva and drool-worthy. I need a good excuse to buy this and the other three there. Like, I’m hosting a dinner party for giants?
- As I point out in tomorrow’s Democrat and Chronicle: Beware succulents. They’re the gateway plants. (Thanks to Garden Media Group for the tip-off.)
- Rochester’s first parklet. OK. I don’t want to be snarky, but the green industry isn’t represented here at all, and how is this really any different than putting a bunch of tables on the sidewalk in front of your coffee shop (and don’t even get me started on this particular coffee shop). There are a few elevated strips of grass, and other than that, what makes it a “park,” exactly?
